meetings

All our (4) meetings a year will be held on a Saturday at "Veerhuis", Nijemonde 4 in Nieuwegein-Zuid. The meetingroom is open from 12.30 PM.

AGENDA :
1. Opening;
2. Incoming letters;
3. Information from the board;
4. Quarterly auction;
5. Any other business/closure

During some meetings members or guest speakers will hold a lecture on an issue of his choise or a slides-show. Frequenty, small exhibitions are held during the meeting by one of our members who will then further explain the materials on display.
Every last meeting of the year (usually in November) will have either Spain or Portugal as a theme. During these meetings, free drinks and snacks are served to celebrate the succesful meetings held during the year and to further strengthen the ties between the members.
